SIXTY days until FALL Camps open in South Dakota


Boy, you look up and we are already mid-way through June....WOW!

Asked TC football coach Bob Kornely when TC's first football game is...He texted me back and said.

Aug. 24 he texted back. 

Ok, today is June 13, what's the plan. 

If the first football game is Aug. 24, that should also be the same day as the Douglas Early Bird cross-country race.

How much do you want to weigh when you get to camp?

How much do you want to bench?

Leg press?

Are your running, stretching and lifting?

Did you take four days off....

The Strength and Conditioning Workouts at Todd County and St. Francis begin tomorrow...

Grades 3-6 - 9 - 11 a.m.

Grades 7-12 - 11:15 - 1:45

Big two days for the athletes at Todd County and St. Francis. 

The Strength and basketball workouts will be on both Thursday and Friday. This is a real opportunity to get as many of your teammates from football, volleyball and cross-country teams some team bonding while lifting weights together. 

Here is the camp flyer...parent of Guardian must sign...Bring in the form, bring in your child and stick around for a minute to see what all the fuss is about.

Can't wait to see Kylie Randall play some volleyball this fall


Boy, what a tough injury for soon-to-be senior Kylie Randall. Bad leg/knee injury in volleyball that kept her out for the entire year. Saw her with the Lady Falcons basketball team a lot last year. Missed her in track this year where she's a member of the 1600 meter relay record for the Falcon girls. 

She's Healthy!!

Todd County, St. Francis and Little Wound coming off successful FOOTBALL camps.

Let's go guys, call your teammates, offer rides and take attendance on Thursday and figure out who you can get to come on Friday. 

Cross-Country runners, what is the plan?


Was able to visit with Class A 3200-meter state champion, Joe Rush this week. He improved steadily throughout his career and will be spending the next four years as a member of the SDSU track teams.                         His mileage totals last summer = 380                      Have you reached out to your coach for a training plan....are you logging miles, are you working the hills...Are you having fun running? Those 5K's Diabetes Prevention hosts are great tune-ups for the Fall season.
