Alright, so all kinds of things going on in Wanblee this week with the Homecoming Festivities. Friday is Maroon and Gold Day with a parade at noon…The Fire Dept. will be sponsoring a BBQ during Friday’s activities, and then the matchup with a 1-3 Dupree squad.

Tonight the 2-3 volleyball team that has wins over Takini and Wakpala laces them up for a home game with Crow Creek. On Saturday, it is a road trip to Takini to take on the Lady Skyhawks.

Very anxious to see how tomorrow’s football game comes out. Cooper Wall brings the 1-3 9AA Dupree Tigers to town for the 1:00 p.m. kick

Dupree lost to Bison 34-0, lost to Timber Lake 58-8, lost to Lemmon/Mcintosh 62-24 and beat Standing Rock North Dakota 30-14.

Very proud of the young guys on this football team that have stuck with it despite some lopsided losses…Homecoming, Big Game…Let’s go you GUYS, and Amber Terkildsen…..
